【摘要】:ThisEuropeanstandardestablishestherequirementforthedesignanduseofvitreousenamelcoatedboltedcylindricalsteeltanksforthestorageortreatmentofwaterormunicipalorindustrialeffluentsandsludges.ThisEuropeanstandardappliestothedesignofthetankandanyassociatedroofandgivesguidanceontherequirementsforthedesignoffoundation.ThisEuropeanstandardapplieswhere:a)thetankiscylindricalandsymmetricalonplanandismountedonaload-bearingbasesubstantiallyatorabovegroundlevel;b)themultipleofthetankdiameterinmetersandthewallheightinmetershasavaluewithintherange5to500;c)thetankdiameterdoesnotexceed100m,andthetotalwallheightdoesnotexceed50m;d)thestoredmaterialhasthecharacteristicsofaliquidexertingnegligiblefrictionforceinthetankwall;thestoredmaterialmaybeundergoingtreatmentaspartofamunicipalorindustrialeffluenttreatmentprocess;e)theinternalpressureabovetheliquiddoesnotexceed50kPaandtheinternalpartialvacuumabovetheliquiddoesnotexceed10kPa;f)thewallsofthetankarevertical;g)thefloorofthetankissbustantiallyflatatitsintersectionwiththewalll;thefloorofthetankmayhaveariseorfallbuiltintoallowcompleteemptyingofthetankcontents.Theslopeshouldnotexceed1:100;h)thereisnegligibleinertialandimpactloadduetotankfilling;i)theminimumthicknessofthetankshellis1,5mm;j)thematerialusedforthemanufactureofthesteeliscarbonsteel;(tanksconstructedofsheetsmadefromaluminiumorstainlesssteelareoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandard),k)thetemperatureofthetankwallduringoperationiswithintherange-50℃to+100℃underalloperating.ThisEuropeanstandardalsogivesdetailsofprocedurestobefollowedduringsiteinstallationandforinspectionandmaintenanceoftheinstalledtank.Itdoesnotapplytochemicalreactionvessels.Itdoesnotapplytotanksfittedwithfloatingroofs.Itdoesnotcoverresistancetofire.
