【摘要】:Thismethodissignificantasaprocesscontrolforpolymerizationtime.Whenthecuretimesaredeterminedatseveraltemperaturesandplottedastimeversustemperature,differentresinscanbecomparedforcuringcharacteristics.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthecurerateatanyspecifiedtemperatureforathermosettingphenol-formaldehyderesin.Thetimeatthattemperaturerequiredtomakeafluidmixturechangeintoahardimmovablemassindicatesspeedofcure.1.2Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
