【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestherequirementsofenamelledroundaluminiumwindingwireofclass200withadualcoating.Theunderlyingcoatingisbasedonpolyesterorpolyesterimideresin,whichmaybemodifiedprovidingitretainsthechemicalidentityoftheoriginalresinandmeetsallspecifiedwirerequirements.Thesuperimposedcoatingisbasedonpolyamide-imideresin.NOTE-Amodifiedresinisaresinthathasundergoneachemicalchange,orcontainsoneormoreadditivestoenhancecertainperformanceorapplicationcharacteristics.Class200isathermalclassthatrequiresaminimumtemperatureindexof200andaheatshocktemperatureofatleast220℃.ThetemperatureindegreesCelsiuscorrespondingtothetemperatureindexisnotnecessarilythatatwhichitisrecommendedthatthewirebeoperatedandthiswilldependonmanyfactors,inclu-dingthetypeofequipmentinvolved.Therangeofnominalconductordiameterscoveredbythisstandardis:-Grade1:0,400mmuptoandincluding3,150mm;-Grade2:0,400mmuptoandincluding5,000mm.Thenominalconductordiametersarespecifiedinclause4ofIEC60317-0-3.
