【摘要】:Thisguidecontainsinformationonanumberofdifferentprotectiverelayingpracticesfortheutility-consumerinterconnection.Itisintendedtocoverapplicationsinvolvingservicetoaconsumerthatnormallyrequiresatransformationbetweentheutility?ssupplyvoltageandtheconsumer?sutilizationvoltage.Interconnectionssuppliedattheutilizationvoltagearenotcovered.Thisguideisnotintendedtosupplantspecificutilityorconsumerpractices,procedures,requirements,oranycontractualagreementbetweentheutilityandtheconsumer.TheexamplesinClause7areusedforillustrativepurposesonlyanddonotnecessarilyrepresentthepreferredprotectionunderallconditions.Thisguideaddressesconsumers,withorwithoutgeneration,thatareconnectedtoutilitysubtransmissionortransmissioncircuits.Thespecificcontrolschemesassociatedwithgenerationarenotaddressed.Itisnotintendedtoapplynecessarilytoconsumergenerationconnectedtoutilitydistributioncircuits.
