【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsapplicabletoqualityassuranceforcablewayinstallationsdesignedtocarrypersons.Itsetsoutprovisionsfortheproceduresforqualityassurancewhichsupplementtherequirementsoftheotherstandardscitedintheforeword.Itisapplicabletothedifferentcablewaysystems.Thisdocumentappliestosuppliersofcablewayinstallationsdesignedtocarrypersonsorofsafetycomponentsforcablewayinstallationsdesignedtocarrypersons,regardlessofwhetherornottheymaintainaqualitymanagementsystemconformingtoENISO9001certifiedbyacertificationbodyaccreditedinaccordancewithEN45012.Theprovisionsofclause4applyinallcases.Inaddition,ifqualitymanagementsystemsareused,referenceshallbemadetoENISO9001.ForthecaseofsupplierswhodonotmaintainanyqualitymanagementsysteminaccordancewithENISO9001,theprovisionsofthisdocumentaretoberegardedasminimumrequirements.Therequirementsrelatingtothetraceabilityofsafetycomponents,whichareapplicabletoallsuppliers,areintendedtofacilitatetherecallortheinvestigationofcomponentswhichthreatentoendangersafety.TherequirementsinthisdocumentareintendedtoensurequalityanddonotreplacethetechnicalrequirementsinstandardsEN1709,EN1908,EN1909,EN12927-1,EN12927-2,EN12927-3,EN12927-4,EN12927-5,EN12927-6,EN12927-7,EN12927-8,EN12929-1,EN12929-2,EN12930,EN12397,EN13107,EN13223,EN13243,prEN13796-1,prEN13796-2andprEN13796-3,butsupplementthem.Thisdocumentisnotapplicableeithertocablewaysforgoodstransportortoinclinedlifts.
