【摘要】:Thetestmethodisusefulfordeterminingthewater-solublematerialsinvegetable-tannedleathers.Thewater-solublematterincludesthesolublenontanningcomponentsofthetanningmaterialsused,sugarsandmaterialsofasimilarnature,andinorganiccompoundssuchasEpsomsalts,Glauber’salts,borax,andothersolublesaltsaddedduringcuringandtanneryprocessing.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofthewater-solublematerialsinalltypesofvegetable-tannedleathers.Thikstestmethoddoesnotapplytowetblue.1.2Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
