【摘要】:ThispartofISO/TR15144describesaprocedureforthecalculationofthemicropittingloadcapacityofcylindricalgearswithexternalteeth.Ithasbeendevelopedonthebasisoftestingandobservationofoil-lubricatedgeartransmissionswithmodulesbetween3mmand11mmandpitchlinevelocitiesof8m/sto60m/s.However,theprocedureisapplicabletoanygearpairwheresuitablereferencedataisavailable,providingthecriteriaspecifiedbelowaresatisfied.TheformulaespecifiedareapplicablefordrivingaswellasfordrivencylindricalgearswithtoothprofilesinaccordancewiththebasicrackspecifiedinISO53.Theyarealsoapplicableforteethconjugatetootherbasicrackswherethevirtualcontactratioislessthanε=2,5.Theresultsareingoodagreementwithothermethodsfornormalworkingpressureanglesupto25°,referencehelixanglesupto25°andincaseswherepitchlinevelocityishigherthan2m/s.ThispartofISO/TR15144isnotapplicablefortheassessmentoftypesofgeartoothsurfacedamageotherthanmicropitting.
