【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiestheminimumrequirementsforturbinelubricants,asdelivered.Itspecifiestherequirementsforawidevarietyofturbinesforpowergeneration,includingsteamturbines,gasturbines,combined-cycleturbineswithacommonlubricationsystemandhydraulic(waterdriven)turbines.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotspecifytherequirementsforwindturbines,whicharedealtwithinISO12925-1W.Whilstpowergenerationistheprimaryapplicationforturbines,steamandgasturbinescanalsobeusedtodriverotatingequipment,suchaspumpsandcompressors.Thelubricationsystemsofthesedrivenloadscanbecommontothatoftheturbine.Turbineinstallationsincorporatecomplexauxiliarysystemsrequiringlubrication,includinghydraulicsystems,gearboxesandcouplings.Dependinguponthedesignandconfigurationoftheturbineanddrivenequipment,turbinelubricantscanalsobeusedintheseauxiliarysystems.ThisInternationalStandardshouldbereadinconjunctionwithISO6743-5I2!,theclassificationofdifferentturbinelubricanttypes.ThefollowinglubricantsareconsideredinthisInternationalStandard:—mineraloils;—syntheticlubricants,esterandpolyalphaolefintypesintendedforhigh-temperaturegasturbines;—syntheticlubricants,esterandpolyalphaolefintypes,environmentallyacceptableforuseinhydraulicturbines;—fire-resistantphosphate-estertypelubricants.NOTEForthepurposesofthisInternationalStandard,theterm"%(m/m)"isusedtorepresentthemassfraction.
